Abstract

A method of determining Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn and Mg in antitumour traditional Chinese medicines by microwave digestion and FAAS is established.Microwave digestion reagents and digestion conditions were discussed.Testing results showed that the detection limits range is from 0.006 mg·L-1 to 0.048 mg·L-1 depending on the elements, and correlation coefficient is larger than 0.9990.Recoveries of samples are in the range 94.6 %-101.7% and RSD of the results is less than 2 %.
