Abstract
A new method for the determination of Pb,Cd,Cr and Ni in Chinese herbal medicine by the microwave digestion and atomic absorption spectrometry was studied. The sample was digested by microwave digestion through using HNO3-H2O2 system. The Pb,Cd,Cr and Ni were determined by the atomic absorption spectrometry.Under the optimum microwave digestion and determination conditions, the detection limit is 0.3-0.8μg/L.The relative standard deviations are 1.8%-2.4% and the recoveries are 94%-105%.The results are satisfactory.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
