Missing and Construction of Teacher's Individual Teaching Philosophy

Abstract

Each teacher has his own individual teaching philosophy.Individual teaching philosophy is the individual to the teacher's teaching theories and practices of philosophy,it supports teachers to get teaching wisdom,it is the basis of the development of professional development.However,the individual teaching philosophy is replaced,structural deficiency and sources of missing.Construction of the individual teaching philosophy needs teachers to wake up and ask the teaching world with philosophical thinking,and evolve teaching experience.
