Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of abortive medicine combined with uterine curettage on missed abortion. Methods: Sixty patients with missed abortion were divided into observation group and control group randomly, with 30 cases in each group. Results: Analgesia efficacy, embryonic effluence rate and sucess ratio of uterus curettage for one time in observation group were significantly higher than in control group(P0.05).The softening and extension degree of cervix were more satisfactory in onservation group(P0.05),with significant short operation time, fewer hemorrhage volume and lower incidence of missed abortion syndrome(P0.05).Conclusions: Mifepristone and misoprostol combined with uterus curettage is safe and effective in treating missed abortion. It is valueable to apply in clinic.
