Misoprostol treatment of missed abortion with Mifepristone and Efficacy

Objective To investigate misoprostol missed abortion with mifepristone treatment efficacy. Methods Missed abortion in our hospital 120 patients were divided into study group and control group. The control group were treated with oral diethylstilbestrol,even 5d,6d for the first curettage treatment. Study group received oral mifepristone and mifepristone,even 2d,3d in the first misoprostol vaginal fornix,to be the product of natural progesterone vaginal bleeding or discharge was higher than 100mL for curettage treatment. Results The study group product of natural progesterone excretion rate was significantly higher( P 0. 05); study group operative time,blood loss and induced abortion syndrome incidence and re-curettage were lower than the control group( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). Conclusions Misoprostol missed abortion with mifepristone treatment effect is significant,with a high success rate,fewer adverse reactions,again curettage rate,worthy of clinical application.
