Abstract
In order to realize the knowledge reuse and sharing in universities, the university knowledge ontology was developed. According to the demand of domain ontology of university knowledge, the modeling development method of university knowledge ontology is put forward. The basic relations and characteristics of universities knowledge ontology are described. The concept classification and partial justice of the university knowledge ontology were determined. The ontology was realized by means of ontology development tool Protege4.0. The intelligent personal knowledge matching of the teachers was achieved by the ontology. The feasibility and scientificity of this method is verified with examples.
