Ontology-based University Knowledge Management System Model and Its Implementation

Abstract

Aiming at the distributed,dynamic,and heterogeneous characteristics of university knowledge,and major classification characteristics of university knowledge,an ontology-based university knowledge management system model OUKM is presented,and the implement methods of knowledge organization,knowledge query,and knowledge sort of OUKM are mainly studied.A knowledge organization method based on knowledge structure ontology is presented,and precise and fuzzy knowledge query and sort algorithms are presented too.Aiming at computer major knowledge,an ontology-based university knowledge management system is implemented.
