Clinical Study of Phlegm and Qi palsy Decoction in the Treatment of Stroke Hemiplegia

Objective:To evaluate the clinical results of Phlegm and Qi palsy Decoction in the treatment of apoplexy hemiparalysis.Method: 180 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,90 cases in each group,the control group was treated by routine western medicine,the treatment group based on the treatment in control group,to be developed by the phlegm,Qi palsy Decoction. 20 days after the analysis of the effect of the two groups were observed before and after treatment of limb muscle strength.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%,better than the control group 75.5%(P 0.01 ). After treatment,muscle improved significantly better than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion:Phlegm and Qi palsy Decoction treatment of apoplexy hemiparalysis curative effect is better than pure western medicine therapy.
