Abstract
Objective To study how to puncture successfully and make less pain to the patients through observing two different kinds of intravenous puncturing on back of hand.MethodTotal 200 patients for infusion were randomly divided into the regular group and the improving group,100 cases in each group. The regular group were punctured with the general method, while the improving group with an improved one.ResultsThe rate of puncturing successfully in one time with the improved method was obviously higher than that of the regular group, and the improved method caused much less pains, there was much differences between them(P0.05).ConclusionCarrying on the improved method of intravenous puncturing on back of hand can increase the rate of puncturing successfully and also has an effect on reducing pains.
