Abstract

Obiective:To explore the best intravenous puncture method to bring less vessels injuries or make less pain to the patients, and improve the success rate of intravenous puncture. Methods:Total 500 hospitalized puerperas were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group were punctured with the general method, while the experimental group with the method which puncture with the ram of needle point towards the left 45 degrees. Two groups select the vein, the same medicine, the same ambient temperature. Results:The experimental group got less vessels injury or reaction of pain.Liquid leakage of the experimental group was less than the comparison group group. The rate of puncturing successfully in one time was higher than the control group. There was evidently statistical difference between two groups(P0.01).Conclusion:The method of puncturing with the ram of needle point towards the left 45 degrees can bring less vessels injuries or make less pain to the patients, and improve the success rate of puncturing successfully in one time.So we should generalize it in gynecologic nursing care.
