Abstract
Objective To study point mutations in the p53 gene of laryngeal neoplasms. Methods PCR RFLP.Results The mutation ratio of 205 codon in the exon 6 of p53 gene of laryngeal neoplasms is 13.5%.The mutation condition has no relation with differention. The mutation ratio of 248 codon in the exon 7 of p53 gene is 0.Conclusion The 205 codon of p53 gene is a hot spot of laryngeal neoplasms.
