Abstract
For professional sports clubs, most of them mainly rely on, except tickets fee, their development of intangible assets the transfer of players and the selling of TV rights as their receipts.This article discusses how to distinct the clubs' properties rights, how to regulate the transfer of players , who own and how to use the TV rights under the combined analysis of laws and regulations abroad accordingly and the fact of management of China's professional clubs.
