Application of three dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy technique in radical radiotherapy of cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of three dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy technique in radical radiotherapy of cervical cancer.Methods 39 patients used conventional radiotherapy as the control group.39 patients used three dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy as the observation group.Patients were followed up for 1years after radiotherapy or until death.Clinical efficacy,quality of life,safety index,1 years survival rate were compared between two groups.Results Efficiency and disease control rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Quality of life scores in physical function,cognitive function,emotional function,role function,social function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in rectal reaction,bone marrow inhibition in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in skin injury,bladder reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.1 year survival rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Three dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy technique in radical radiotherapy of cervical cancer has significant clinical curative effect.That is worthy of clinical use.
