Xiangsha Liu Junzitang in Treatment of Gastric Cancer Chemotherapy after Resection of Spleen and Stomach Syndrome Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of spleen and stomach weakness of Xiangsha Six Gentlemen Decoction and chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer.[Methods]using randomized controlled Methods,29 cases of outpatient and inpatient patients according to the order number method and were randomly divided into two groups. Compared with western medicine treatment group 13 cases, vitamin B,vitamin C,compound amino acid injection,intravenous;pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets, domperidone,oral. Accompanied by pain according to three principles analgesic analgesia. The treatment group of 16 cases of Xiangsha Liu junzitang(Dangshen 15 ~ 30g,Fuling 10 ~ 30g,Chenpi 6 ~ 9g,Muxiang after 6 ~ 15g,Baishu 12 ~ 30g,Gancao 6g,Fabanxia 12 ~ 15g,Sharen later 6 ~ 10g). Anorexia,epigastric distention,add Huoxiang,Shenqu,Houpu,Shanzha Xiaoshi of wet;Stomach pain to the two rib string and with Yanhusuo,Chuanlianzi,Xiangfu pain Qi;The valley is not,loose stools,cold limbs,cold,Buguzhi, Rougui,Yinyanghuo;Pan spit,poor feeding Baijiezi,Suzi,Zhishi,Laifuzi;Jin less dry mouth,Shashen, Yuzhu,Shengdihuang,Maidong,Sheng Jin nourishing yin;Significant deficiency,Jixueteng,Danggui). 1 doses of /d,decoct with water,2 times /d. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,immune function(NK cells,CD4/CD8),adverse reaction. Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 6 cases of treatment group improved significantly[Results]Some improvement in 9 cases,no improvement in 1 cases,the total efficiency of 93.80%. The control group was significantly improved in 3 cases,4 cases improved, no improvement in 6 cases,the total efficiency of 53.80%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). Immune function(NK cells,CD4/CD8)in treatment group than in control group(P 0.05)[.Conclusion] The weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome effect of Xiangsha Six Gentlemen Decoction in treatment of gastric cancer chemotherapy after operation significantly,worthy of promotion.
