Abstract
Discuss the latest progress of developing recycling economy in China from four aspects. They are the development of recycling economy gradually bring into the planning, the progress made in legislation and policy system, the gradual improvement of theoretical research and technical support. Point out that in China has initially formed a renewable resources recycling of industrial systems, a development model of industrial parks recycling economy, all social resources recycling system and a number of typical recycling economic enterprises.
