Abstract

The effectiveness of ISO9001 quality management system used in colleges and universities was discussed intensively with various ways and related to the inbeing and character of higher education,it is strongly suggested that the enthusiasm of overall participant is essential to insure the effectiveness of the management system.These viewpoints will offer some reference to enhance the education quality and innovation of education quality management for colleges and universities.
