Abstract

Objective:To obverse the factors that influence the visual ac uity after intraocular lens(IOL)implantation with phacoemulsification.Methods:405cases(452eyes)were performed intraocular lens implantation with phacoemulsification. Then the factors of influencing postoperative vision and complication were discussed.Results:1month after surgery corrected vision of1.0or better was138eyes(30.5%),0.5~0.9was184eyes(40.7%);less0.5was130eyes(28.8%).The factors of influence the visual avuity after intraocular lens implantation with phacoemulsification included corneal edema and decompensation, cataract, uveitis, divergent place of interlobular lens, postoperative refractive error and so on.Conclusions:During intraocular lens implantation with phacoemulsification postoperative vision can be improved by reducing pre-and postoperative complication, postoperative refractive error.
