Abstract

The security of animal food has been a global problem.The problems of the drug residue in animal food and the poor security are very obvious.So to find a method which can precisely,sensitively and credibly analyze the drugs in animal food is very important.The applications of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(LC-MS) in the security determination and analysis of animal food were introduced in the paper.
