On the Curriculum System Construction of Hospitality Mnagement Program in Higher Vocational Colleges

The rapid development of hotel industry issues higher requirement for cultivating talents.With the practice,this paper discusses the construction of the curriculum system aiming to develop professional competency in the hospitality management program of vocational colleges.It introduces the basis of constructing the curriculum system——the concept,connotation and the development of competency-based vocational education.In order to construct the curriculum system,we have to decide the talent training target,construct a guarantee system of the teaching team,construct a system to ensure the practical training,choose good teaching methods and organize the teaching.It explains the thought and the specific way in constructing the curriculum system for the hospitality management program in our college.Finally,it scientifically analyzes the characters of the curriculum system of the hospitality management program.
