Exploration on Employment-oriented Curriculum System for Business Management Major in Vocational Colleges

The vocational college aims at training first-line practical talents for production,service and management,so the setting of curriculum is the key to achieve the goal.At present,there are some problems obviously existing in Business Management Major,such as ignoring employment-oriented construction.The vocational colleges do need to establish employment-oriented curriculum system,optimizing course content,reforming way of tests,building new teaching quality monitoring system and enhancing the construction of teaching staff.
