Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of video-assisted thoracoscope in the therapy of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:Summarizing the experience of thoracoscope treatment in 12 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax.Results:All cases had no relapse,the thoracoscope treatment has the less blood loss during operation and less postoperative hospitalization.Conclusion:Video-assisted thoracoscope is a reasonable selection in treating spontaneous pneumothorax.
