Abstract

Objective:To investigate the value of video-assited thoracoscope in the therapy of spontaneous pneumothorax.Method: Summary the experience of thoracoscope treatment in 36 cases spontaneous pneumothorax.Result:All cases had no relapse,compared with traditional operation,the thoracoscope treatment has the following advantages: less blood loss during operation(p0.01);less operating time(p0.01) less postoperative hospital stay(P0.01).Conclusion: Video-assisted thoracoscope is a reasonable selection in treating spontaneous pneumothorax.
