Abstract
According to the heat transfer characteristics between the high temperature slab and the spray water in secondary cooling region,the influencing factors of heat transfer between the slab and the cooling water were analyzed.The effect of nozzle type and arrangement on the quality of the slab was described on the basis of the characteristics of hot and cold conditions of the nozzle in the secondary cooling region of continuous cast.
