Abstract
To explore new innovation and utilization path of germplasms resources of A.argyi, and provide technical support for its morphological identification,a ISSR-PCR analysis was conducted on 22 A.argyi samples from southern China.Results:326fragments were amplified from 22 varieties,of which303 fragments were polymorphic. Conclusion:UPGMA were used to study the genetic diversity and cluster analysis of 22 varieties. The 22 varieties were divided into five main groups when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.615.The genetic diversity was very abundant.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
