Abstract

Jurisprudence is an academic branch by means of using the philosophical method to study the basic problems of law,and it's a subject that is to research the ordinary problems of law.Same as legal philosophy or philosophy of law.The researching target of jurisprudence is beyond the norms of the positive law in contrast with other legal sciences,even regarding nelevant legal thought and theory as a direct object of research so that the spirit food about actual legal problems can be gained from it;It's aim is to study the theoretical problems about law.So,the meaning of jurisprudence lies in impiring and enlightening thoughts and improving the theoretical ability of professionals specilized in law.
