Abstract

The effective performance management is largely decided by the consistent dynamic communication,by which enterprise can achieve the objectives of performance improvement,attaining to corprate strateyy,promoting staff career orientation.Based on PDCA cycle,the paper presents a model of PDCA for performance management that involves the cycled interaction of responsive communication,planning communication,assessing communicatton and assisting communication.
