Abstract
Performance management is an organic system consisting of performance plan,performance implementation,performance evaluation and performance feedback.In enterprise management,it occupies an important position.This paper discusses the necessity and importance of establishing the communication mechanism in the performance management.Starting from analyzing the problems in performance management in institutions,it points out the measures on establishing communication mechanism in performance management in institutions.
