Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of internal and external curation with the herbal medicine on ulcerative colitis.Methods 80 cases of patients were divided randomly into two groups,both the treatment group and the control group were 40 cases.The treatment group was given ZhiKuiJieTang for oral administration and YuJieTang to hold enema .The control group were given Salazosulfa Pyridine.One month for each course.The effect was observed after three courses.Results The total effec- tive rate in the treatment group was better than in the control group (P0.05).Conclusion The herbal medicine ZhiKuiJieTang for oral administration and YuJieTang holding enema has obvious effect on ulcerative colitis.
