Abstract
The course of Chinese market-oriented reform is in essence the transitional process of institutional innovation and structure.Institutional Change is the most important driving force of the economic development,and has played the positive role on China economic growth during 30 years of the reforming and opening.At present,only if we stand at a new historical beginning and continue to push forward market-oriented economic reform,the economy could develop comprehensively and sustainably.
