Analysis of political economics on China′s 30 years economic reform and economic transition

The 30 years of economic reform and transition was analyzed by applying the idea and method of political economics.The historical logic of reform can be expressed mainly as follows: the establishment of transition direction→ transformation from reform to transition→transformation from system innovation to institutional innovation →deepening of the economic transition. 30 years of economic transition is characterized as: gradualness,external promotion,institutional transformation and periodicity.After the transition stage of reform and restructure the focus must be on:promoting the virtuous circle of the market economy,improving the level of opening up comprehensively,and solving unbalanced development of the market economy.In the new stage the main tasks are: to promote the deepening of economic reform,to strengthen the public service system to promote the development of market economy in the building of a harmonious society,to strengthen the independent innovation and enhance the growth quality and to prevent development of the market economy in economic security.
