Abstract
The reform from planned economy towards market oriented economy since 1978 has brought about profound changes in economical and institutional outcomes in China.Considerable literature has emerged to discuss the drastic transform in the past 30 years that China has been going through.This article aims to make the analysis from the perspective of institutional economics.In this paper,the term marketization referred doesn't differ in ideology;it is a concept corresponding to manipulation.China's economic reform is a process of institutional change and innovation.This process has a positive impact on social and economic development.
