Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the current situation and the developmental trend of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital.METHODS:The oral antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital during 2005~2007 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of drug varieties, consumption quantity, consumption sum,DDDs,average daily cost etc.RESULTS:The consumption sum of the oral antihypertensive drugs showed an upward tendency.Calcium antagonisis and ACEI were the first line clinical drugs.Usage of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocking agents increased year and year.CONCLUSION:The utilization structure of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
