Research on Advantages of Cooperation Between College and Enterprise in Vocational Talents Training

With successful cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the features of vocational education have been better recognized.The author demonstrates that advanced vocational talent training is not simply a way from college to the society,but is the cooperation between the two sides to meet the development needs with the same requirements for talents.After analyzing the relationship between companies' interests and talents' work selection and between the vocational education and the development of vocation itself,the author points out that the traditional way of supplying talents from college to enterprise will be replaced by the way of cooperation between college and enterprise.The new way shows the advantage to train vocational talents in a rewarding circle for their learning and practicing.
