Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of CT-guided percutaneous needle lung biopsy. Methods 52 patients with peripheral tumor found in imaging were took CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Results Biopsy confirmed 35 malignant lesions were confirmed in 52 cases,14 benign lesions,3 cases were not diagnosed. 2 cases were diagnosised benign lesions, but turned to be malignant lesions in follow-up. Right diagnosis rate is 90.3% (47/52). 17 cases had pneumothorax (32.7%), 10 cases had bleeding(19.2%). Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous needle lung biopsy, safely operated, with rare complications, is of high diagnostic accuracy. It deserves to be a wide spread diagnostic technology in lung disease.
