Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy in diagnosis of pulmonary lesions. Methods CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy was done in 52 cases of lung mass. Results The success rate was 100%,with pathological diagnosis of malignancy in 42 cases, benign lesions in 10 cases, postoperative hemoptysis in 3 cases. No pneumothorax occurred. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy of lung tissue contributes to the diagnosis of lung lesions, provides the basis for the further clinical treatment.
