Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy in diagnosis of pulmonary lesions.Methods CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy was done in 52 cases of lung mass.Results The success rate was 100%,with pathological diagnosis of malignancy in 42 cases,benign lesions in 10 cases,postoperative hemoptysis in 3 cases.No pneumothorax occurred.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy of lung tissue contributes to the diagnosis of lung lesions,provides the basis for the further clinical treatment.
