Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of CT-guided percutaneous needle lung biopsy.Methods38 patients were considered peripheral tumor in imagine, undergoing CT-guided percutaneous needle lung biopsy.Results38 patients in percutaneous needle biopsy were as follows:lung cancer of 31 cases, tuberculoma of 2 cases, inflammatory pseudotumor of 3 cases, undefined of 2 cases. The detection rate was 94.7%(36/38).Complication of 38 cases were pneumatothorax(n=4),and hemoptysis(n=3).ConclusionCT-guided percutaneous needle lung biopsy is accurate on site,of high diagnostic accuracy, with low complication and safe operation. It deserves to be a widespread diagnostic technology in lung disease.
