An Analysis and Amendment of the Current Labor Dispute Mechanism in China

In recent years,with the further reform and opening,the labor and capital relations are becoming increasingly complicated,and labor dispute cases keep increasing,involving great range and sums of money.Such cases have become more and more complicated,which challenges the current labor dispute mechanism and which makes the malpractices of the labor dispute mechanism come into being daily.If some labor dispute cases cannot be effectively dealt with timely,laborers' legal right will be infringed upon.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the malpractices and offer some suggestions to further perfect the labor dispute mechanism.
