The Main Problems and Relevant Thoughts about the Present Labor Dispute——Based on the survey in Xingtai and Handan City of Hebei Province

Labor Dispute has become the main part of the social contradictions,but it is not a simple legal problem.Behind the phenomenon of labor dispute,a desire is expressed,which is to resolve the others appeals beyond the labor dispute through resolving the labor dispute.Of course,those disputes can not be resolved easily by the court and labor arbitration committee by legal means.The way to resolve this dispute can be found by combining the different problems such as the well-being of people,government system,department coordination,serious law enforcement,social psychology and so on.
