Improving the System of Labor Dispute Resolution of China

Abstract
The realization of the principle that labor dispute settlement is timely,lawful and just depends on the improvement and greater efficiency of the labor dispute settlement system.This paper recommends that labor supervision become a part of the current labor dispute settlement system in practice to jointly resolve the labor dispute.Forphenomenon that workers do not understand,the China's labor dispute settlement system,as we proposed should address the role of labor supervision.
