The Clinical Effect of Ureteroscopy in Treatment of Ureteral Calculi with Renal Colic during Emergency

Abstract
Objective:To analysis and research the clinical effect of Ureteroscopy in treatment of ureteral calculi with renal colic during emergency.Method:From January 2009 to December 2011,144 cases of ureteral calculi with renal colic were chosen.72 cases were in observation group and the others were in control group.Patients in observation group were treated by ureteroscopy and transure teroscope holmium laser lithotripsy and others were treated by drug of ureteral calculi with renal colic,and then compare the success rate of lithotripsy and curative effect.Result:The success rate of lithotripsy of observation group are higher than control group,Renal colic was in immediately cured.No complications occurred.Conclusion:Ureteroscopy is an easy,safe and effective method for the treatment of ureteral calculi with renal colic during emergency.
