Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical features and etiology of aortic dissection,CT diagnosis about aortic dissection. Methods Fifty-seven aortic dissection patients treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical and pathological features of aortic dissection were summarized, and the aortic dissection results detected by CT scan and CT angiography imaging scan compared. Results The clinical symptoms of aortic dissection patients were sudden pain(52cases,91.2%)and hypertension(48cases,84.2%).In 57 aortic dissection patients,Stanford A type 39 cases,Stanford B 18 cases,DebakeyⅠ,Ⅱtype 27 cases,DebakeyⅢtype 30cases;CT angiography imaging detection was significantly higher than CT scan in detection rate(χ2=4.940,P0.05).Conclusion Aortic dissection is a highly lethal disease, hypertension may be the main predisposing factor. And CT scan and CT contrast-enhanced scan have high sensitivity and specificity, and also can provide a fast and accurate diagnosis for aortic dissection.
