Application of spiral CT in the patient with aortic dissection

Objective To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods All of 58 cases of aortic dissection were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Results Enhanced CT can not only confirmed aortic dissection,but also clearly show the location、extension and involvement of other organs.Conclusion Spiral CT can be the first diagnosis methods of aortic dissection,for it's a credible,safe and fast technique,promising important clinical practice value for the diagnosis and treatment of aortic dissection.
