Abstract

The competition of capacity based on the value is the main factor in the current competition between enterprises.Technology intermediary makes an important role in the modern service industry.The function of technology intermediary is to analyze the need of and provide appropriate service based on the value chain.This paper proposes the innovation service chain,analyzes the technology intermediary service system,and points out some issues in improving the whole technology intermediary service based on the innovation service chain theoretical frame.
