Analysis on the Industry Innovation Chain Intension and the Value Realization Mechanism

Abstract
Industrial innovation is a value increment activity attaches in industry chain and technology chain.Based on the overall optimization of industrial innovation system, the authors think that the industry technology innovation chain refers to a functional link mode which each innovation main body establishes in order to meet the needs of customers regarding the innovative knowledge supply, innovative technology supply and innovative product supply as the core .Its essence is a value chain which links by the innovative activities.This article analyse the industrial technology innovation process using the Porter's value-chain theory;construct the industry technology innovation value-chain model;reveal the value realization mechanism and the basic logic of industry innovation chain;give basic condition which influence value realization of industry innovation chain, and finally put forward the corresponding policy proposal.
