Investigation,Protection and Utilization of Ancient Tea and Wild Tea Resources in Tongren City

Abstract
The ancient tea and wild tea resources in Tongren City were investigated to further protect and utilize these resources.5087 ancient tea trees mainly distributed in cold highland areas with an elevation of 800~1100mof Tangba Village of Yanhe County,Yongyi Village of Yinjiang County,Dejiang County and Shiqian County.More than 9.30 millions of wild tea trees mainly distributed in 13.7thousand hm2 areas of Fanjing Mountain Nature Reserve.The fundamentality data of the ancient tea and wild tea are recorded based on the basic characteristics of ancient tea and wild tea resources in Tongren City.The countermeasures for protection and utilization of ancient tea and wild tea resources in Tongren City are proposed based on serious diseases and poor protection intensity in the paper.
