Abstract

Objective:To analyze safety and clinical effect of spinal-epidural anesthesia in painless childbirth, to provide a reference for labor analgesia.Method:50 primipara were set as the observation group from Jun 2013 to Nov 2013 for lumbar- epidural combined anesthesia, while 60 primipara were set as the control group from the same period for no analgesic delivery way. Pain, compliance, time length of delivery, complication were compared between two groups.Result:Effects of anesthesia in the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); birth process of the observation group was(8.22±2.34)h, shorter than control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.954, P=0.010); compliance, bleeding volume, neonatal asphyxia of the observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Lumbar-epidural combined anesthesia can decrease delivery time with good safety, should be widely used in clinical practice.
