Abstract
In order to solve the problems on environmental quality assessment system,main environmental quality assessment indices were selected and viewpoint of the gradual implementation of main environmental quality index assessment was put forward.The advantages and disadvantages of the main environmental quality index concentration assessment and proportion assessment were also compared.
