The paper gives the qualitative and quantitative methods of water environmental quality comprehensive assessment We analysis the general relation , contravention and the quantitative relation between Assessment of Comprehensive Pollution Index and Water Quality Type, and offer the ideas of how to improve the method of Comprehensive Pollution Index Assessment
