Abstract
The effect of solvent,temperature,reflux time during extracting pomegranate seed oil were discussed.Effection of solvent,temperature,reflux time from pomegranate seed oil extracted.Pomegranate seed was extracted,saponified,methylated by petroleum ether reflowing for 2 hours at 85℃.Fatty acid was analyzed by GC.Fatty acid was composed of palmitic acid(2.5%),stearic acid(1.6%),linoleic acid(4.8%),oleic acid(4.7%),arachidic(0.4%),eciosenoic acid(0.8%),eicosadienoic acid(0.3%),docodanoic acid(0.2%),punicic acid(62.9%),α-elaeostearic acid(15.6%),β-elaeostearic acid(6.0%),unknown acid(0.2%).
