Analysis of Current Status and Solution Strategies of Human Resources Management in Power Enterprises

Abstract

Power Enterprises are unique enterprises,but the power of existing enterprises have been unable to meet their own human resources development needs of business.The effective upgrade human resources man- agement level power enterprises have become pressing issues.Based on power enterprises,the status of human resources for analysis have found that human resources management concept are backward,irrational structure of human resources,and human resources management mechanism is out of date.The paper puts up corre- sponding solutions for the current problems.
